This home is in South Salem and has a beautiful southern exposure, overlooking an amazingly landscaped backyard. The clients felt their house was dark and gloomy and wanted to increase the natural light and views of their yard, while adding some architectural charm. The final design included a bow window in the eating nook, enclosing a covered patio creating a sunroom with skylights and enlarging the upstairs windows.
